Abstract:

The effects of drug diversion and counterfeiting on the integrity of the U.S. prescription drug market are discussed in relation to discriminatory drug pricing and manufacturers’ discounts, bulk resale, and the importation of counterfeit and compromised repackaged prescription drugs.
