Abstract:
An overview of the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) regulations concerning prescription price advertising in the United States are discussed. The proposed regulations of the FTC are contrasted with the current policy of the state society. Specific examples relative to prescription pricing and price surveys are presented.
