Abstract:

Health plans and pharmaceutical companies develop adherence strategies. With only about half of all prescriptions being taken as directed, both health plans and pharmaceutical companies are getting serious about developing strategies to keep patients on track with their medications. What they’re finding is that it’s a complicated problem requiring patient-centric solutions.
