Abstract:
Pharmaceutical representatives and their use and compliance of customer relationship management (CRM) systems in dealing with physicians is discussed, including an outline on the importance of sample accountability procedures and the regulations governing the distribution of prescription drug samples. By embracing sample accountability regulations, pharma companies can protect themselves from liability and optimize their return on investment.
