An outline of the implementation and importance of customer relationship management (CRM) to the sales and marketing ecosystem of pharmaceutical companies is presented, including a description of 11 practices companies can follow to build a healthy CRM system and an outline of the difficulties most pharma companies experience with CRM installations.
