Abstract:
This article discusses ways the pharmaceutical industry can use enhanced product lifecycle management (PLM) opportunities for growth and profitability. Ways that pharmaceutical companies can extend the lifeline of brand-name therapies are presented including switch from brand-name prescriptions to over-the-counter products, branded generics, and combination products.
