Abstract:
Pfizer’s sales force reduction is a bellwether for the Pharmaceutical industry. Cuts to oversized sales forces make sense to shareholders, but will leave thousands of representatives out of work – reps with intimate knowledge of their companies’ sales practices. More than a few of the unemployed will be looking for payback, and federal prosecutors are ready to help.
