An overview of the new charter for the Royal Pharmaceutical Society is presented. Topics include the postcode prescribing of drugs to prevent Alzheimer’s disease, the recent reclassification of cannabis, concerns about the growth of the herbal remedies market, and the need for pharmaceutical research to promote and protect health.
