GM's war on drugs
Newsweek 2001 Feb 26; 46-48
Abstract:
Prescription drug costs are the largest part of General Motor’s health-care costs for its employees in the United States and in 2000 they cost the company $1.1 billion. Direct-to-consumer advertising of prescription drugs is one of the main reasons why costs are increasing so rapidly.
