Full text:

EDITOR I find it disgusting that we are dictated to by a few ivory tower do-gooders on how we relate to and interact with drug reps. Surely if I am working within the parameters of the PBS I am free to accept a lunch or whatever from a rep, many of whom I enjoy seeing.

Big Brother should be looking at the deals the pharmacists are doing before worrying about whether I am having a lunch that I wouldn’t normally have, or whether I accepted a golf umbrella (I haven’t written too many scripts on the golf course recently).
