WASHINGTON, March 31, 2008-House Committee on Energy and Commerce Chairmen John Dingell (D-Mich.) and Bart Stupak (D-Mich.) wrote Johnson & Johnson and Amgen Inc., requesting documents relating to the marketing strategies of a class of drugs known as Erythropoiesis-Stimulating Agents (ESAs). The letters, which were posted on the committee’s website yesterday, are attached.
