Full text:

The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) has upheld a complaint against Lundbeck UK.

A complaint was made to the MHRA that a website containing information on the product Serdolect, was linked to from the Lundbeck UK company website although it is not currently marketed in the UK and allowed open-access to promotional information for healthcare professionals.

Lundbeck stated that they did not intend to promote to a UK audience and removed the unintended link from the UK website.
