Abstract:

The EU is currently participating in one of the widest debates on medicines seen for many years. It is too early to forecast just how the revised authorization of medicines will emerge – even as you read this, the proposals are set to undergo a great change. The problem? Nearly all the underlying European conflicts concerning health care and profits have surfaced again, and the argument looks set to continue.
