Abstract:
The proposal of a hypothetical contract between the patient and the drug manufacturer, which would require the patient to be responsible, for taking the prescription as directed and the manufacturer’s responsibility would be to refund the cost of the medication if the desired effects were not obtained within the required time to promote compliance, is discussed.
