Abstract:
A comprehensive set of recommendations for improving patient compliance with prescription drug therapy from the National Council on Patient Information and Education (NCPIE) is presented that includes guidelines aimed at physicians, pharmacists, nurses, health profession educators, pharmaceutical manufacturers, hospitals and other institutions, and patients.
