Kondro W.
Canada’s pharmacists can sell prescribing data
Lancet 1996; 347:1401

Abstract:

The Ontario College of Pharmacists will allow its members to sell physician prescribing information over the objections of the Ontario Medical Association. The Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association of Canada has argued that there will be a public benefit from the distribution of information about prescribing patterns as a result of the effect that it will have in informing doctors about the proper prescribing of medications.
