Re: the promotion of Diodoquin (iodoquinol) and Lomotil (diphenoxylate/atropine)
1993 Mar
Abstract:
Although Searle promised to send MaLAM a detailed letter about the usefulness of iodoquinol in August 1991 such a letter has not been forthcoming. Searle continues to promote Lomotil for children as young as age 2 in the Philippines despite conclusions from the World Health Organization that this product should not be used in children.
