Mossinghoff GJ.
Drug labelling in developing countries.
Lancet 1993 Aug 28; 342:(8870):556-7

Abstract:

The study by the Office of Technology Assessment (OTA) that compared drug labelling in the United States and four developing countries is flawed and inaccurate. The OTA merely compiled the differences between labels in the different countries despite the fact that labels differ for valid reasons. The OTA also failed to recognize that U.S. labels are a function of the American medical, regulatory and legal environment.
