McMahon R.
Beware of offers of indemnity.
N Engl J Med 1992 Sep 10; 327:(11):819-20

Abstract:

Upjohn has announced a policy to indemnify physicians who prescribe triazolam and Lilly has made the same offer for physicians who prescribe fluoxetine. In reality, these offeres of indemnity are no more than advertisements that prey on the financial anxieties of physicians.
