Shepherd R.
Junk mail
Canadian Medical Association Journal 1990; 143:14

Abstract:

The author received a request for a voluntary donation to help defray the costs of publishing a drug compendium sent free to all Canadian doctors. His solution was to respond by saying that the publishers of the compendium should write to drug companies, ask them to desist in sending junk mail and use the money that they would save to support the compendium.
