Abstract:
Sanofi Winthrop’s marketing of Plaquenil (hydroxychloroquiine) claims that it can prevent long-term damage due to rheumatoid arthritis and that it has a low incidence of side effects. MaLAM examines both of these claims in its monthly letter.
