Abstract:

In the Philippines Servier is promoting Arcalion (sulbutiamine) or all forms of asthenia and Duxaril (almitrine/raubasine) for improving cerebral arterial oxygen content and providing major benefit in cerebral, visual and ear/nose/throat symptoms. The scientific literature does not support these claims.
