Abstract:
Laboratoires DOMS ADRIAN exports Dialyl, a combination of phthalylsulfathiazole and nifuroxazide, from France for sale in Asia and Africa. The product is not licenced in France. It is promoted for the treatment of diarrhea in adults and children. The World Health Organization does not recommend the use of antibiotics in the treatment of diarrhea.
