Abstract:
In Pakistan Ferozsons is marketing Piptal (a combination of pipenzolate and phenobarbital) under a licence from the subsidiary of Marion Merrell Dow. The product is being sold for the treatment of infantile colic. The scientific literature does not support the use of this product for this condition.
